- 广东省某5 000 m3/d污水厂提标改造工程存在用地紧缺、投资受限等问题,同时还要满足改造过程中不停产的要求,为此,采用在原有CASS处理工艺基础上增加微絮凝-过滤深度处理单元,同时更新消毒系统的工艺路线。利用微絮凝联合装填特殊高孔隙高纳污滤料的高速深层过滤技术,实现微絮凝体与滤料的二次接触絮凝和过滤截留污染物的目的。项目改造后出水稳定达标,新增吨水运行成本仅0.132元。该技术应用于提标改造工程具有占地省、投资少、工期短、系统精简、运维操作便捷的优势,值得进一步推广。
- Abstract:
- The upgrading and reconstruction project of a sewage treatment plant with scale of 5 000 m3/d in Guangdong Province has the problems such as land shortage and investment limitation, and it also needs to meet the requirement of non-stop production during the renovation process. Therefore, the micro-flocculation and filtration advanced treatment unit was added to the original CASS treatment process, and the disinfection system was upgraded. The purpose of the secondary contact flocculation between microflocs and filter material and filtration and interception of pollutants were realized by using micro-flocculation combined with high-speed deep filtration technology packed with special high porosity and large contaminant capacity media. After the upgrading of the project, the effluent quality stably met the discharge standard, and the operating cost only increased by 0.132 yuan/m3. The application of this technology in the upgrading project has the advantages of less footprint area, lower investment, short construction period, simplified system and convenient operation and maintenance, and it is worthy of further promotion.
