- 在智慧水务理念引导下,上海某传统制水厂已开启数字化转型步伐。水量调度是制水厂生产运行的重要业务之一,通常由经验丰富的工作人员完成。将工作人员的经验凝练为水量模型,用模型调度代替人工调度,成功实现了水厂水量调度无人化。水量模型以人工智能、大数据分析等新兴技术为基础进行构建,包含了供水量分析、泵组优选等多个数学模型。水量模型上线运行后,调度指令准确执行率达到95%以上。该水厂在生产水量增加8.66%的基础上,出水用电单耗下降了5.8%。
- Abstract:
- With the concept of “smart water”, a traditional waterworks in Shanghai have started the pace of digital transformation. Water quantity scheduling is one of the most important operations in waterworks, which is usually completed by experienced staff. The experience of the staff was condensed into a water quantity model, and the model scheduling was used instead of manual scheduling, which successfully realized the unmanned water quantity scheduling in the waterworks. The water quantity model is built on the basis of artificial intelligence, big data analysis and other emerging technologies, including multiple mathematical models such as water supply analysis model and pump group optimization model. After the water quantity model was put online, the accurate execution rate of the scheduling instruction reached more than 95%. With the increase of water production volume by 8.66%, the electricity consumption of water outlet decreased by 5.8%.
