- 建立了搅拌棒吸附萃取-气相色谱-质谱测定水中土臭素(GSM)、2-甲基异莰醇(2-MIB)、2,4,6-三氯苯甲醚(2,4,6-TCA)、2,3,6-三氯苯甲醚(2,3,6-TCA)、2,3,4-三氯苯甲醚(2,3,4-TCA)、2-异丙基-3-甲氧基吡嗪(IPMP)、2-异丁基-3-甲氧基吡嗪(IBMP)、β-环柠檬醛、β-紫罗兰酮及异佛尔酮10种嗅味物质的方法。水样经搅拌棒浸没式吸附和顶空吸附的混合吸附模式富集60 min,氯化钠添加量为3.0 g。目标组分于进样口热解吸后通过气相色谱-质谱法测定,10种嗅味物质的峰面积和质量浓度线性关系良好,相关系数均>0.996,检测限为2.0~8.0 ng/L。采用该方法测定某水库水样品,共检出2-MIB、β-环柠檬醛及异佛尔酮3种嗅味物质,其中2-MIB质量浓度较高。对水库水样品进行加标回收试验,回收率为90.0%~98.3%,相对标准偏差≤6.8%(n=6)。该方法操作简便高效、无需有机溶剂、环境友好,可快速准确测定水中10种嗅味物质浓度,满足其检测需求。

- This paper established the stir bar sorptive extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of 10 kinds of odorous compounds including geosmin(GSM), 2-methylisoborneol(2-MIB), 2,4,6-trichloroanisole(2,4,6-TCA), 2,3,6-trichloroanisole(2,3,6-TCA), 2,3,4-trichloroanisole(2,3,4-TCA), 2-isopropyl-3-methoxy pyrazine(IPMP), 2-methoxy-3-isobutyl pyrazine(IBMP), β-cyclocitral, β-ionone and isophorone in water. The water sample was enriched for 60 min through two mixed adsorption modes: solution adsorption and headspace adsorption, and the dosage of sodium chloride in the solution was 3.0 g. After thermal desorption at the injector port, the target components were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. There was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the mass concentration of 10 odorous compounds. The correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.996, and the limits of detection were in the range of 2.0-8.0 ng/L. The method was employed to determine the water samples from a reservoir, and three kinds of odorous compounds including 2-MIB, β-cyclocitral and isophorone were detected, among which the mass concentration of 2-MIB was higher than those of the other two compounds. The standard addition test results suggested that the recoveries of reservoir water samples was in the range of 90.0%-98.3% with relative standard deviation less than or equal to 6.8% (n=6). The method is simple, efficient and environmental friendly, requires no use of organic solvents, and can quickly and accurately detect the concentration of 10 kinds of odorous compounds in water and meet their detection requirements.
