- 随着日益频繁的极端降雨事件给城市排水系统带来的突发性风险,持续提升的水环境质量需求以及国家碳达峰、碳中和的战略要求,传统的粗放型管理方式已不能满足日益复杂的排水系统运行要求。以水文和水力学的原理和模型为基础,结合现代大数据分析方法,提炼从评估、判断到预测的排水数据治理体系,并形成城市排水信息学方法论,是构建具有洞察力的城市排水智慧化系统的基础理论和重要路径。介绍了城市排水智慧化路径及其模型体系搭建方法,以期为智慧排水构建及应用提供参考。
- Abstract:
- The increasingly frequent extreme rainfall events have brought sudden risks to the urban drainage system. The traditional extensive management mode can not meet the complex operation requirements of the drainage system with the continuously increasing demand for water environment quality and the national strategic requirements of carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality. Based on the principles and models of hydrology and hydraulics, combined with advanced big data analysis methods, the drainage data governance system is refined to encompass evaluation, judgment, and prediction. The formed methodology of urban drainage informatics is the basic theory and an important path for establishing an insightful urban drainage intelligent system. The intelligent path of municipal drainage and the construction method are introduced, aiming to provide reference for the construction and application of intelligent drainage.
