- 诸城银河污水处理厂原水为生活污水+工业废水,规模为10.6×104 m3/d,深度处理采用反硝化深床滤池+臭氧接触氧化池+活性炭吸附滤池联合工艺,最终经过联动调试,出水主要指标达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)的Ⅳ类标准,其中COD≤30 mg/L、NH3-N≤1.5 mg/L、TN≤10 mg/L、TP≤0.2 mg/L、SS≤5 mg/L。在项目调试过程中,反硝化深床滤池的反硝化生物膜挂膜良好,TN去除率可达68%,滤池出水COD浓度不增加。臭氧接触氧化池+活性炭吸附滤池对COD去除量达10 mg/L。该深度处理工艺适用于混入工业废水的生活污水处理厂提标至地表水标准,对改善周围水体环境、保护当地流域水质和生态平衡具有十分重要的作用。
- Abstract:
- The combined process of denitrification deep bed filter, ozone contact oxidation tank and activated carbon adsorption filter is adopted for advanced treatment of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater in Zhucheng Yinhe wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) with a treatment capacity of 10.6×104 m3/d. The main effluent indicators have reached level Ⅳ criteria in Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002), where COD≤30 mg/L, NH3-N≤1.5 mg/L, TN≤10 mg/L, TP≤0.2 mg/L, SS≤5 mg/L respectively. The TN removal rate was up to 68% without the increase of effluent COD concentration due to the successful cultivation of biofilm during commissioning in denitrification deep bed filter. COD was removed by 10 mg/L by ozone contact oxidation tank and activated carbon adsorption filter. The advanced treatment process is suitable for upgrading wastewater treatment plants mixed industrial wastewater to meet surface water standards, which plays a very important role in improving the surrounding water environment, protecting water quality and ecological balance of local river basins.
