- 为满足消防救援或交通需要,在建筑屋顶可设置直升机停机坪。通过对比分析国内外相关标准发现,有关建筑屋顶直升机停机坪的消防灭火设施规定均比较简单,且没有明确的统一标准。为此,首先采用层次分析法定性分析其消防安全风险,然后建立数学模型进行定量计算,从而针对不同建筑屋顶和需求确定合适的消防灭火设施。另外,结合相关规范及工程案例,确定了建筑屋顶直升机停机坪各消防灭火设施(消火栓系统、泡沫炮系统、泡沫喷淋系统、防流淌设施)的参数及型式,并对消防水量进行了计算分析。
- Abstract:
- A helipad can be installed on the roof of the building to facilitate fire rescue or traffic needs. Through a comparative analysis of relevant standards both domestically and internationally, it was observed that the regulations regarding fire extinguishing facilities for building roof helipads were relatively simplistic, lacking a clear unified standard. To address this problem, the analytic hierarchy process was employed for qualitative analysis of fire safety risk, followed by the establishment of a mathematical model for quantitative calculation. This enabled the determination of suitable fire extinguishing facilities tailored to different building roofs and requirements. In addition, the parameters and types of fire extinguishing facilities such as fire hydrant system, foam cannon system, foam sprinkler system and anti-flowing facilities for the roof helipad were determined in accordance with relevant regulations and engineering precedents, with the calculation and analysis of fire water quantity.
