- 广东汕尾某污水处理厂扩建规模为1×104 m3/d,原水有机物浓度较低,采用深圳市清泉水业股份有限公司开发的“CBM工艺”——侧向流高效沉淀池(CBC模块)+曝气生物滤池(BAF模块)+多功能深床滤池(MDF模块),处理后出水水质优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准,实际达到地表水准Ⅳ类水质标准。该工艺充分发挥了高效沉淀和生物膜法碳化、硝化、反硝化效率高的优势,总停留时间为3.5 h,并能分步精准脱氮除磷,同时采用模块化标准件装备的实施模式,具有占地面积小(总占地800 m2)、建设周期短(总工期90 d)、运行成本低(约0.216元/m3)等优势。
- Abstract:
- The expanding capacity of a sewage treatment plant in Shanwei, Guangdong Province is 10 000 m3/d, and the influent organic matter concentration is low. CBM process including lateral flow high-efficiency coagulation, flocculation and clarification tank (CBC module), biological aerated filter (BAF module), as well as multi-functional deep-bed filter (MDF module) developed by Shenzhen Qingquan Water Industry Co.Ltd. is used. The effluent quality is superior to the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002), actually meets level quasi-Ⅳ in Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002). The process takes full advantage of high efficiency of precipitation and biofilm treatment with carbonization, nitrification and denitrification. The total retention time is 3.5 h, and it could precisely remove nitrogen and phosphorus step by step. At the same time, the project was implemented with standard modular equipment, which has the advantages of small land occupation (total area of 800 m2), short construction period (total construction period of 90 days) and low operating cost (about 0.216 yuan/m3).
