- 广州市某污水处理厂由于建设年代较早,当时参照《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—88)等标准设计,为稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)等新标准要求,通过现状调研、深入挖潜,采取改变AB工艺运行模式、UNITANK+多级AO工艺融合、精细化加药控制提高化学除磷效果、深度处理构筑物扩容等改造措施后,污水处理厂出水水质能够稳定达到新标准要求,处理能力也达到设计值,同时节省了药剂消耗。
- Abstract:
- Due to the early construction of a sewage treatment plant in Guangzhou, it was designed with reference to the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-88) and other standards. In order to meet the requirements of the new standards such as the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002), through current situation research and in-depth potential exploration, after adopting transformation measures such as changing into operating mode of AB process, integrating the UNITANK and multi-level AO process, refining dosing control to improve chemical phosphorus removal efficiency, and expanding the capacity of deep treatment structures, the effluent quality of the sewage treatment plant can stably meet the requirements of the new standard, and the treatment capacity can reach the design value, while saving chemical consumption.
