摘要:
在海绵城市建设、黑臭水体治理和污水处理提质增效等政策背景下，雨污混接改造是城市水问题治理的关键一环。选取厦门市典型混合功能街区雨污混接改造实践案例，分析街区内排水系统溯源排查和现场踏勘问题，提出从建筑立管到室外排水管网及特殊排水设施的系统性改造方案和具体改造方法，并确定现有排水管道和排水附属构筑物的修复原则和技术措施，为后续推进片区雨污混接改造工作提供示范，也对类似项目具有一定借鉴作用。
Abstract:
Under the policy background of sponge city construction, black-odorous water treatment and sewage treatment quality and efficiency improvement, reconstruction of illicit discharge is a crucial step in the treatment of urban water problems. Taking an illicit discharge reconstruction practice of a typical mixed-use functional block in Xiamen as an example, the problems of drainage system traceability and site survey in the block are analyzed to propose a systematic reconstruction scheme and specific reconstruction methods, from building risers to outdoor drainage pipelines and special drainage facilities. The restoration principle and measures of existing drainage pipelines and drainage accessory facilities are determined to provide demonstration model for following reconstruction work of illicit discharge in the district, serving as a reference to similar projects as well.
