- 老城区合流暗涵排查整治是一个难题。结合老城区暗涵问题和污水系统提质增效的要求,四川省某老城区暗涵排查整治项目在依靠无人机、无人船、侧扫声呐等新兴技术对暗涵内排口污染精准溯源的基础上,提出合流暗涵“一口一策”的系统化整治思路,对不同类型、口径、水量的涵内排口制定具有针对性的整治方案,采用截污挂管等工程措施,实现精准治污目标。改造后合流暗涵下游河口COD呈明显下降趋势,污水收集系统进水COD呈上升趋势,同时实现了黑臭水体治理与污水系统提质增效的预期目标。
- Abstract:
- It is difficult to investigate and regulate combined culverts in old urban areas. In order to solve the underground culvert problem and meet the requirements for improving the quality and efficiency of the sewage system, the investigation and renovation project of underground culverts in an old urban area of Sichuan Province proposes a systematic regulation idea of “one outfall, one strategy” for the combined culverts, based on accurately tracing the pollution source of the culvert inner outfall by emerging technologies such as drones, unmanned boats and side-scan sonar. Targeted regulation plans are formulated for the inner outfall of different types, sizes and flow, and engineering measures such as intercepting pipe are adopted to achieve accurate pollution control goals. After transformation, the COD concentration in the downstream estuary of combined culverts shows an obvious downward trend, while the influent COD concentration of sewage collection system shows an increasing trend. The expected goals of improving both the quality and efficiency of black and odorous water treatment and sewage system have been achieved.
