- 排水箱涵承担着城市防汛排洪和雨污水收集输送的责任,是城市重要的市政基础设施。部分老旧箱涵因运行时间长、施工质量差、养护不到位等而出现较多渗漏缺陷,造成周边土体流失形成空洞,容易引发道路坍塌,从而威胁到城市安全运行。结合工程实际,基于箱涵渗漏特征归纳总结出三种渗漏类型,采用常规单一工艺无法长时间有效堵漏,不满足设计要求,因此开发了针对性的止水止渗组合技术,并将其成功应用于黄孝河箱涵修复项目。工程应用结果表明,采用组合式技术、合适的注浆材料以及注浆压力,箱涵堵漏成功率高达97.2%,有效解决了老旧排水箱涵渗漏问题,消除了道路坍塌的隐患。
- Abstract:
- Drainage culverts are essential municipal infrastructures in urban areas, serving critical functions such as flood control, rainwater and sewage collection, and transportation. However, aging drainage culverts have many leakage defects due to extended service life, substandard construction quality, and inadequate maintenance. These defects lead to soil erosion around the structures, creating voids that can cause road collapse and pose significant risks to urban safety. Combined with engineering practice, this study classifies leakage issues in drainage culverts into three main types according to their characteristics. Conventional single-method approaches often fail to provide long-term leakage prevention or meet the design requirements. To address these challenges, a targeted combined water-stop and leakage prevention technology was proposed, which has been successfully applied to the Huangxiaohe drainage culvert repairing project. The engineering application demonstrated that by utilizing the combined technology with suitable grouting materials and appropriate grouting pressure, a plugging success rate of 97.2% was achieved. This effectively resolved the leakage problem of ageing drainage culverts and eliminated potential road collapse hazards.
