- 鹅公岭污水处理厂建设时间较早,其间经多次提标改造,存在档案资料不全、信息缺乏共享等问题。采用倾斜摄影和激光点云技术校核现有基础数据,并完善资料缺失的BIM模型数据,在此基础上进行逆向建模,借助自主开发插件贴附模型信息,形成高精度BIM信息模型,实现既有重要水务基础设施的可视化管理与数字资产存档。同时将各类模型切片数据融合在GIS平台,构建BIM+GIS场景,可拓展BIM模型的应用价值。
- Abstract:
- The construction of Egongling Wastewater Treatment Plant dates back to an early period, and it has undergone multiple upgrading and reconstruction since then. This led to issues such as incomplete documentation and insufficient information sharing. Utilizing oblique photography and laser point cloud technology, the existing basic data were verified, and the incomplete BIM model data were supplemented. On this foundation, reverse modeling was conducted, and model information was appended through self-developed plugins to create a high-precision BIM information model. This enabled the visual management of existing critical water infrastructure and the archiving of digital assets. Various model data were integrated on the GIS platform to construct BIM+GIS scenarios, thereby enhancing the application value of the BIM model.
