- 城镇污水处理厂大量碳源的投加导致了污水处理成本升高和碳排放量增加。基于批次实验和污水处理厂实际运行,分析了高碳氮比工业废水作为外加碳源的效果和影响。结果表明,高碳氮比工业废水作为外加碳源不会对污泥微生物活性和出水水质造成负面效应;投加高碳氮比工业废水后,污染物去除效率提高,总氮去除率提升14.1%,处理成本降低24.9%,每万吨水碳排放减少1 640 kg。因此,采用高碳氮比工业废水替代传统外加碳源能够实现污水处理厂的减污降碳。
- Abstract:
- The addition of external carbon sources to municipal wastewater treatment plant(WWTP) has led to increased treatment costs and higher carbon emissions. Based on batch experiments and the actual operation of WWTP, the impact of high C/N industrial wastewater as external carbon source was analyzed. The results indicated that the addition of the high C/N industrial wastewater did not negatively affect sludge microbial activity and effluent quality. Since the addition of high C/N industrial wastewater as external carbon source in WWTP, pollutant removal efficiency was improved, the total nitrogen removal rate was increased by 14.1%, costs was reduced by 24.9% and carbon emissions was reduced by 1 640 kg per 10 000 tons of water. In conclusion, substituting traditional external carbon sources with high C/N industrial wastewater enables the reduction of pollution and carbon emissions in WWTPs.
