- 成都市沱江污水处理厂一期土建规模为8×104 m3/d,设备安装规模为4×104 m3/d,采用全地埋封闭式建设。箱体内工艺流程自北向南依次布设,实现了集约化和功能分区的合理布局。针对污水特点,核心工艺采用水解酸化+改良型AAO,设计出水水质执行《四川省岷江、沱江流域水污染物排放标准》(DB 51/2311—2016)。详细介绍了该污水处理厂主要构筑物设计参数及设计亮点。自2021年11月转商运以来,该厂出水水质稳定达标。一期工程投资为66 605.92万元,实际运营成本为2.241元/m3,主要通过节能降耗措施及污泥减量化降低了运行成本。
- Abstract:
- Chengdu Tuojiang Wastewater Treatment Plant(WWTP) is built fully underground, with civil construction scale of 8×104 m3/d for the first phase and equipment installation of 4×104 m3/d. The process flow in the tank is arranged from north to south, which realized rational layout of intensification and function partition. According to the characteristics of the wastewater, the key processes adopts hydrolysis acidification and modified AAO. The design effluent quality implements the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants in Minjiang and Tuojiang River Basin of Sichuan Province (DB 51/2311-2016). The design parameters and highlights of the main structures are elaborated. Since the commercial operation started in November 2021, the effluent quality of the WWTP has been stable and up to the standard, contributing to the release of the environmental capacity of the Tuojiang River basin. The investment of the first phase project is 666 059 200 yuan, and the actual operating cost is 2.241 yuan/m3. The operating cost has been reduced through energy-saving and sludge reduction measures.
