- 以湖北省钟祥市城市污水处理厂污泥闪蒸干化耦合流化床热解气化项目为例,介绍了项目概况、工艺特点和运行效果。含水率为80%的污泥在闪蒸干燥机内干化后含水率低于30%,可在流化床内稳定热解气化,炉膛温度波动小;污泥热解气化后灰渣中重金属等成分低于制砖的标准限值,灰渣可作建材资源化利用;尾气中的烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、一氧化碳、氯化氢、二口恶英等污染物含量经处理后可满足排放标准。5年的稳定运行验证了污泥闪蒸干化耦合流化床热解气化技术适合污泥的规模化集中处理,为城市污水污泥的处置提供了新思路和参考案例。
- Abstract:
- This paper takes the sludge flash drying coupled with fluidized bed pyrolysis and gasification project applied to the Zhongxiang municipal wastewater treatment plant in Hubei Province as an example to introduce the project overview, process characteristics and operating effects. The sludge water content is reduced from 80% to less than 30% after drying in a flash dryer, which can be pyrolyzed and vaporized stably in the fluidized bed with little temperature fluctuation in the furnace. The heavy metals and other components in the ash residue after sludge pyrolysis and gasification are lower than the standard limit for brick making, and can be used as raw materials for brick making to realize resource utilization. In addition, the content of pollutants such as soot, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, hydrogen chloride and dioxins in the exhaust gas can also meet the standard emission limits after treatment. Through the stable operation for 5 years, it is verified that the sludge flash drying coupled with fluidized bed pyrolysis and gasification technology is suitable for the large-scale centralized treatment of sludge, which provides a new idea and reference case for the disposal of municipal sludge.
