- 饮用水中消毒副产物对人类健康的影响日益严重,目前卤代烷、卤乙酸类常规消毒副产物的检测方法已较为成熟,但关于卤代苯甲醚类新型消毒副产物检测的研究还较少。建立了静态顶空-捕集阱联用多次萃取气相色谱(GC)测定水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、二氯一溴甲烷、一氯二溴甲烷、三溴甲烷、2,4-二氯苯甲醚等6种卤代化合物的分析方法。分别对该方法的顶空平衡时间、顶空进样时间、顶空平衡温度、循环萃取次数、NaCl投加量等条件进行了优化研究,结果表明,在最佳条件下,方法的线性相关系数为0.997 3~0.999 2,检出限为0.002~0.212 ?g/L,定量限为0.007~0.707 ?g/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.7%~7.1%,回收率为89.3%~107.0%。该方法进样快速、准确、无溶剂污染、灵敏度高,可对水中6种卤代化合物同时进行痕量分析。
- Abstract:
- The impact of disinfection by-products in drinking water on human health is becoming increasingly significant. Currently, the detection methods for conventional disinfection by-products, such as haloalkanes and haloacetic acids, are relatively well-established. However, research on the detection of emerging disinfection by-products, such as halogenated anisoles, remains limited. An analytical method for the determination of six halogenated compounds in water, including trichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride, dichlorobromomethane, chlorodibromomethane, tribromomethane, and 2,4-dichloroanisole, was developed using static headspace-trap multi-extraction-gas chromatography (GC). The optimization was conducted on several key conditions of this method, including headspace equilibrium time, headspace sampling time, headspace equilibrium temperature, cycle extraction times, and NaCl dosage. Under the optimal conditions, the method exhibited a linear correlation coefficient ranging from 0.997 3 to 0.999 2, a detection limit between 0.002 g/L and 0.212 g/L, a quantification limit from 0.007 g/L to 0.707 g/L, relative standard deviation (RSD) within 1.7% to 7.1%, and recoveries in the range of 89.3% to 107.0%. This method is characterized by rapid sampling, accuracy, the absence of solvent contamination, high sensitivity, and the ability to simultaneously perform trace analysis of six halogenated compounds in water.
