- 针对大型污水源热泵系统引退水工程的特点,以华北地区某大型污水源热泵系统为例,论述引水工程中引水量计算、引水量对污水系统的稳定性影响、引水点选择、引水预处理工艺及引水泵站设计,退水工程中消能措施、退水点选择以及引退水管道设计,并对引退水工程进行经济性分析。系统实际运行效果良好,可为类似工程设计提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Considering the characteristics of water intake and drainage projects in large-scale sewage source heat pump systems, this paper systematically examined the key aspects of the water intake project of a large-scale sewage source heat pump system in North China, including the calculation of water intake volume, the impact of water intake on the stability of the sewage system, the selection of water intake points, the pre-treatment process of diverted water, and the design of water intake pumping station. Additionally, it explored energy dissipation measures, the selection of drainage points, and intake and drainage pipeline design. An economic analysis of the water intake and drainage project was also conducted. The system demonstrated effective operational performance, offering valuable reference for similar engineering designs.
