- 深圳市某集成电路废水深度处理回用工程设计规模2.5×104 m3/d(近期规模1.5×104 m3/d),是国内首座工业废水与生活污水合建、出水水质执行地表水准Ⅲ类标准的全地下水质净化厂。针对进水水质水量波动大、有机物浓度低、出水有机物和氟化物浓度要求超低等难点,废水处理采用“调节池/事故池+一级、二级混凝沉淀池+水解酸化池+AO-MBR池+树脂交换车间+臭氧催化氧化池+活性炭滤池+紫外消毒池”工艺,出水全部回用于人工湿地。生物反应池取消厌氧段,并设计巧妙的回流方式强化总氮去除;树脂交换车间结合来水水质可以按照0~100%废水通过的方式运行,确保出水氟化物达标;地面人工湿地与文体公园无缝衔接、景观融合。污泥处理采用“机械浓缩+板框压滤脱水”工艺,处理至含水率60%以下外运处置。工程总投资69 666 万元,单位处理可变成本8.29 元/m3,较为经济合理,可为类似项目提供参考。
- Abstract:
- The design capacity of an integrated circuit wastewater advanced treatment and reuse project in Shenzhen is 2.5×104 m3/d, with a current operational capacity of 1.5×104 m3/d. It is the first fully underground wastewater treatment plant in China that integrates the treatment of both industrial wastewater and domestic sewage, and its effluent quality meets the surface water quasi-class Ⅲ standard. To address challenges such as significant fluctuations in influent water quality and quantity, low organic matter concentration, and the stringent requirement for extremely low concentrations of organic matter and fluoride in the effluent, the wastewater treatment system employed the following process: regulating tank/accident tank, primary and secondary coagulation sedimentation tank, hydrolytic acidification tank, AO-MBR tank, resin exchange workshop, ozone catalytic oxidation tank, activated carbon filter and UV disinfection tank. All treated effluent was subsequently reused in the constructed wetland. The anaerobic section of the biological tank was removed, and an innovative sludge reflux method was introduced to improve total nitrogen removal efficiency. The resin exchange workshop could be operated with a variable wastewater flow rate ranging from 0 to 100%, depending on the influent water quality, thereby ensuring compliance with the fluoride discharge standard. The ground constructed wetland was seamlessly integrated with the cultural and sports park, achieving harmonious landscape coordination. The sludge treatment process was mechanical thickening combined with plate-and-frame pressure filtration dewatering, and the treated sludge was transported for final disposal after its moisture content was reduced to below 60%. The total investment for the project amounted to 696.66 million yuan, with a unit variable processing cost of 8.29 yuan/m3, which is considered economically reasonable,and can provide reference for similar projects.
