- 为改善侧向进流城市污水提升泵站进水流态,采用数值模拟方法对方柱、组合横梁和方柱+组合横梁3种不同的整流措施进行流态分析和流量分配均匀性对比,优选出最佳整流方案,并通过物理模型试验加以验证。结果表明,侧向进流城市污水提升泵站进水箱涵的流量分配不均,前池和进水池主流集中于中上层,底层流速偏低,且存在立面环流和回流等不良流态。优选出的方柱+组合横梁整流方案能够有效改善进水箱涵的流量分配,使进水箱涵总流量分配均匀度提高至0.97,同时前池和进水池的主流集中于底层,并消除了立面环流和回流等不良流态,进水流道入口流速的分布均匀度及加权平均角分别提高了3.8%和8.8°。

- Using numerical simulation method, this paper analyzed the flow patterns and compared the uniformity of flow distribution under three different rectification measures: square column, combined crossbeam, and a combination of square column and combined crossbeam, and selected and validated the most effective rectification scheme through physical model testing, to improve the inflow pattern of the lateral inflow urban sewage pumping station. The inlet culvert of the lateral inflow urban sewage pumping station exhibited uneven flow distribution, where the main flow within the front and inlet ponds was predominantly concentrated in the middle and upper layers. The flow velocity in the bottom layer was comparatively reduced, and unfavorable flow patterns, such as vertical circulation and backflow, were also present. The selected square column combined with crossbeam rectification scheme significantly improved the flow distribution uniformity at the inlet culvert, achieving a uniformity index of 0.97. Concurrently, the main flow of the front and the inlet ponds was directed toward the bottom, effectively eliminating unfavorable flow patterns such as vertical circulation and backflow. Furthermore, the uniformity of the inlet flow velocity distribution and the weighted average angle of the inlet passage increased by 3.8% and 8.8°, respectively.
