- 球墨铸铁管在国内供水工程中应用广泛。基于我国球墨铸铁管工程应用资料,参考国际标准Life Cycle Analysis and Recycling of Ductile Iron Pipes for Water Applications(ISO 21053:2019),提出适用于我国的给水用球墨铸铁管全生命周期成本(LCC)分析方法,明确LCC计算中采购成本、运行成本、管网渗漏及事故修理成本和寿命终止成本等部分的计算过程和关键参数,以提高球墨铸铁管LCC计算的科学性和可信度,为其他供水管材进行LCC计算提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Ductile iron pipes are widely used in domestic water supply projects. Referencing the international standard for the Life Cycle Analysis and Recycling of Ductile Iron Pipes for Water Applications (ISO 21053:2019), the whole life cycle cost (LCC) of ductile iron pipe for water supply is proposed. Based on application data from ductile iron pipe engineering projects in China, the calculation methods and key parameters of procurement cost, operation cost, network leakage and accident repair cost, and end-of-life cost within LCC calculation are clarified, so as to enhances the scientific accuracy and reliability of LCC calculations for ductile iron pipes, and provides reference for LCC calculation of other types of water supply pipe.
