- 针对供水企业应急指挥管理中存在信息传递滞后、决策指挥效率低、多部门协同困难等问题,基于智慧水务技术及钉钉平台,构建了智慧供水应急指挥系统。该系统应用全光谱系列多参数在线分析仪结合算法,实现水质全流程监测、报警、预警;管网模型与算法融合实现爆管点位预测、污染扩散模拟、应急调度功能;大模型构建供水应急知识库,辅助制定处置方案。依托钉钉原生功能开发酷应用,实现应急事件响应、沟通会商、辅助决策、任务执行、信息反馈、评估改进应急指挥闭环管理全链条数字化。淄博市水务集团应用实践表明,系统应急指挥能力显著提升。
- Abstract:
- Aiming at the problems in emergency command management of water supply enterprises, such as delayed information transmission, low decision-making efficiency, and difficulties in multi-department collaboration, a smart water supply emergency command system was constructed based on smart water technology and the DingTalk platform. Innovative applications include a full-spectrum series of multi-parameter online analyzers combined with algorithms to achieve comprehensive water quality monitoring, alarm triggering, and early warning throughout the entire process. The integration of pipe network model and algorithms enables the prediction of pipe burst locations, simulation of pollution diffusion, and emergency dispatch functions. A large model was employed to build a water supply emergency knowledge base, assisting in the formulation of response plans. Cool applications were developed leveraging DingTalk’s native features. The system realizes fully digitalized closed?loop management of emergency command, covering incident response, communication and consultation, decision-making support, task execution, information feedback, and evaluation for improvement. Operationalvalidation in Zibo Water Group demonstrates a significant enhancement in emergency command capabilities.
