- 以合肥某新区的城市雨水系统构建为例,探讨了海绵城市理念下城市雨水系统的构建和运行。通过具体案例,展示和剖析了清洁雨水管网与小海绵系统、市政雨水管网与中海绵系统以及地表行泄通道与大海绵系统的相互关系和构建方法,并评估了其对湖泊水质和水位的影响。建成效果显示,清洁雨水系统对于河湖水位维持和水质改善具有重要作用,其年均排水总量占年总径流总量的56.67%,其水质指标优于湖泊本底浓度。基于项目实践,提出新区开发应结合海绵城市理念,因地制宜地统筹城市蓝、绿、灰系统,构建综合的城市雨水系统,同时海绵系统与雨水系统应同步规划、同步实施,实现从小区到市政的多尺度协调。
- Abstract:
- This paper takes the urban rainwater system construction of a new district in Hefei as an example to explore the construction and operation of urban rainwater systems under the concept of sponge city. Through specific case studies, the paper demonstrates and analyzes the interrelationships and construction methods of clean rainwater pipe networks with small sponge systems, municipal rainwater pipe networks with medium sponge systems, and surface runoff channels with large sponge systems, and assesses their impact on the water quality and water level of lakes. The results show that the clean rainwater system plays an important role in maintaining the water level and improving the water quality of rivers and lakes, with its annual drainage volume accounting for 56.67% of the total annual runoff volume, and its water quality indicators are better than the background concentration of the lake. Based on practical experience, the paper suggests that the development of new districts should be combined with the concept of sponge city, and urban blue, green, and gray systems should be planned according to local conditions to construct an integrated urban rainwater system. At the same time, the sponge system and the rainwater system should be planned and implemented synchronously to achieve multi-scale coordination from the community to the municipal level.
