- 以污水污泥作为原料,通过水热处理和酸提取得到液相大分子物质(HL-MMP),再通过接枝共聚甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)制备成聚集介质,用于污水中有机物的去除和富集。考察了不同水热温度、时间、固体与碱的质量投加比(简称碱投加比,下同)条件下HL-MMP产率、分子质量、官能团、有机组分及水热产物中有机物分布等特性的变化,并与剩余污泥水热产物特性进行对比。探究聚集介质对生活污水中有机物及氮、磷的去除和保留效果。结果表明,随着温度和碱投加量的增加,液化率不断提高,有机物在酸提取物中的占比,即HL-MMP产率呈现先升后降的变化趋势。随着温度的上升,HL-MMP的腐殖质特性增强且富里酸类物质含量和分子质量增加,并且具备脂肪族化合物的特性,同时含有蛋白质及氨基酸组分。在150 ℃、30 min、碱投加比为1∶0.10的水热条件和50 ℃、过硫酸钾(KPS)投加比为1∶0.2、DMC投加比为1∶0.7的条件下制得聚集介质。当聚集介质投加量为30 mg/L时,其对生活污水中浊度和COD的去除率分别达到96.9%和75.0%,且对氨氮和磷的保留率分别达到85.6%和58.6%以上。

- Liquid-phase macromolecular substances (HL-MMP) were obtained from sewage sludge through hydrothermal treatment followed by acid extraction. Subsequently, a coarse organic flocculant was prepared via graft copolymerization of methylacryloyloxy ethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC), which was employed for the removal and enrichment of organic matters from wastewater. The variations in yield, molecular weight, functional groups, organic components, and the distribution of organic matters in the hydrothermal products of HL-MMP were systematically investigated under different hydrothermal conditions, including temperature, reaction time, and the mass ratio of solid to alkali (hereinafter referred to as the alkali dosage ratio). These characteristics were further compared with those of hydrothermal products derived from excess sludge. The removal and retention effects of coarse organic flocculant on organic matters, nitrogen, and phosphorus in domestic wastewater were investigated. As the temperature and alkali dosages increased, the liquefaction rate steadily improved, while the proportion of organic matters in the acid extract, indicating the yield of HL-MMP, exhibited an initial increase followed by a subsequent decrease. With increasing temperature, the humic characteristics of HL-MMP were enhanced, accompanied by an increase in the content and molecular weight of fulvic acid. Additionally, HL-MMP exhibited aliphatic compound characteristics and contained protein and amino acid components. The coarse organic flocculant was prepared under hydrothermal conditions at 150 ℃ for 30 minutes with an alkali dosage ratio of 1∶0.10, followed by treatment at 50 ℃ using a potassium persulfate (KPS) dosage ratio of 1∶0.2 and a DMC dosage ratio of 1∶0.7. When the dosage of the coarse organic flocculant was 30 mg/L, the removal efficiencies of turbidity and COD from domestic wastewater reached 96.9% and 75.0%, respectively, while the retention rates of ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus exceeded 85.6% and 58.6%, respectively.
