- 排水管网检测是运维工作的重要组成部分,直接关系到污水收集率和排水安全保障。人工智能(AI)在排水管网检测评估工作中的应用是目前德国排水行业的主要研究方向之一。简要梳理了德国排水管网排查系统编码、赋值及量化评估体系,指出AI管网评估的前提条件是整体管网及其排查结果的数字化转换。介绍了杜塞尔多夫排水公司在此前提下开展的AI在排水管道病害识别及管道评估方面的尝试应用,通过对比不同排查设备以及不同工作环境下AI系统对管道病害的标定和管道状态评估结果,得出AI可以很好地识别并标定病害,并自动生成管道状态评估结果的结论,展示了AI在排水管网运维工作中的应用潜力。
- Abstract:
- Sewer inspection is an important part of the operation and maintenance of urban sewer networks, which is directly related to the wastewater collection rate and drainage safety. The application of artificial intelligence(AI) in the inspection and evaluation of sewer networks is currently one of the main research in the German drainage sector. This paper briefly introduces the coding, assignment, and quantitative evaluation standards of the sewer inspection work in Germany. Thereby, it clarifies that, the digitization of whole network and inspection results is the prerequisite for sewer evaluation through AI. Under this premise, this paper introduces the attempt to apply AI to identify defects and evaluate inspected sewers in the city drainage operation Düsseldorf (Stadtentw-sserungsbetrieb Düsseldorf). By comparing the evaluation results using AI under different inspection hardware systems and working environments, it is concluded that AI can effectively identify and mark defects, and automatically generate sewer condition assessment results. This demonstrates the application potential of AI in the operation and maintenance of sewer network systems.
