- 为提高佛山市原城北污水处理厂出水标准,满足水环境保护要求,结合沿河景观带打造市民休闲娱乐场所,减少“邻避”效应,将城北污水处理厂改建为全地埋式污水处理厂,处理规模为10.0 万m3/d,出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准、广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26—2001)、《汾江河流域水污染物排放标准》(DB44/1366—2014)中较严值,其中氨氮按1.5 mg/L执行,处理工艺为预处理+复合A/A/O泥膜混合工艺+矩形周进周出二沉池+磁絮凝高效沉淀池,出水各项指标稳定达标。作为佛山市首座全地埋式污水处理厂,地上部分除用于污水处理厂综合办公外,其余已成为对外开放的景观公园。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve the effluent standard of the former Chengbei wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Foshan, meet the requirements of water environmental protection, build a public leisure and entertainment place in combination with the scenic belt along the river, and reduce the NIMBY effect, Chengbei WWTP is rebuilt into an underground WWTP with treatment capacity of 10.0×104 m3/d. The effluent quality should comply with the stricter values of the first level A limit specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002), Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants (DB44/26-2001) of Guangdong Province, and Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants in Watershed of Fenjiang River (DB44/1366-2014). Among them, the ammonia nitrogen is executed at 1.5 mg/L. The process adopts pretreatment, composite A/A/O sludge film mixing process, rectangular peripheral-feed peripheral-overflow secondary sedimentation tank and magnetic flocculation high-efficiency sedimentation tank process, and all effluent indicators stably reached standards. As the first underground WWTP in Foshan, the above-ground area is used as an open landscape park except for the integrated office area of the WWTP.
