- 村镇供水工程时常需在长距离高落差的条件下敷设管道进行输配水,在实际工程中长距离高落差的管道在无水锤防护措施的情况下,很容易发生水锤事故,对泵站和管道产生极大破坏,特别是在云南广大偏远山区,交通不便,检修困难,水锤事故发生将对整个供水系统的安全运行造成严重影响。以云南某工程实例为研究对象,采用国际上较成熟的水锤软件建立水力计算模型,对不同工况下的管线进行水锤模拟计算,找出可能发生水锤的最不利位置,采取合理的防护措施,保障管道、泵房等供水系统的平稳安全运行,防止事故发生。
- Abstract:
- In the water supply projects in villages and towns, it is often necessary to lay pipe in places with high drop and long-distance for water transmission and distribution. In the actual projects, water hammer accidents are easy to occur in the pipe with long-distance and high drop without water hammer protection measures, which will cause great damage to pump stations and pipes, especially in the vast remote mountainous areas of Yunnan Province, where transportation is inconvenient and maintenance is difficult. Water hammer accident will have a great impact on the safety of the whole water supply system. This paper takes an engineering example as the research object, adopts the internationally mature water hammer software to establish a hydraulic calculation model, conducts water hammer simulation calculation for pipelines under different working conditions, finds out the most unfavorable position where water hammer may occur, and takes reasonable protective measures to ensure the stable and safe operation of water supply systems including pipes and pump houses, so as to prevent accidents.
