- 针对传统化学离线清洗过程中MBR中空纤维膜所产生的有害消毒副产物及酸碱废液处置等环境问题,将臭氧微纳米气泡(O3-MNBs)技术应用到MBR中空纤维膜的离线清洗,考察了其清洗效果,并对相关参数进行了优化。结果表明,在相同清洗时间下,O3-MNBs的清洗效率均高于传统酸碱清洗方法。在臭氧液相浓度为5 mg/L、清洗时间为120 min条件下,清洗效率最高,达到96.6%。此外,针对膜组件填充密度增大所导致的内部清洗不均匀问题,对O3-MNBs喷射器的布局结构进行了优化。经过优化后,对于填充密度为16.7%的膜组件,其清洗效率提升至90.5%以上;当膜丝有效长度为60 cm时,清洗效率仍能保持在88%以上。因此,O3-MNBs是一种环境友好的新型离线清洗技术,可用于MBR膜组件的离线清洗。

- To address the environmental issues associated with harmful disinfection by?products and the disposal of acid/alkali wastewater generated during traditional off-line chemical cleaning of membrane bioreactor (MBR) hollow fiber membranes, ozone micro-nano bubbles (O3-MNBs) technology was applied to the off-line cleaning process of MBR hollow fiber membranes to investigate its cleaning effect and optimize relevant parameters. The results showed that the cleaning efficiency of O3-MNBs was consistently higher than that of traditional acid/alkali cleaning methods under the same cleaning duration. Under the conditions of ozone aqueous phase concentration of 5 mg/L and cleaning time of 120 minutes, the cleaning effect was best, reaching 96.6%. Furthermore, to address the issue of uneven internal cleaning caused by increased packing density in membrane modules, the layout structure of the O3-MNBs injectors was optimized to improve the cleaning uniformity. After optimization, for modules with a packing density of 16.7%, the cleaning efficiency increased to above 90.5%. Even when the effective fiber length was 60 cm, the cleaning efficiency remained above 88%. O3-MNBs is an environmentally friendly new cleaning technology that can be used for off?line cleaning of MBR membrane modules.
