- 深圳市市政给水排水规划标准是《深圳市城市规划标准与准则》的重要组成部分,介绍了深圳市给水排水规划标准与准则的修订背景、修订思路与原则、总体框架及给水工程与排水工程相关的主要修订内容。该修订坚持集约、绿色、韧性原则,基于大样本数据调查开展给水排水负荷特性分析,分类逐级对负荷预测指标进行优化调整,注重设施平面空间的集约节约和立体空间的扩展,优化给水排水厂站和泵站的用地指标,强化韧性规划的供应底线和安全防线,增强给水排水系统的风险防范能力。该修订可为下阶段深圳市给水排水规划、管理等工作提供指导,相关经验可为其他地区的规划建设工作提供借鉴。
- Abstract:
- Shenzhen municipal water supply and sewerage planning standards are an important part of the Shenzhen Urban Planning Standards and Guidelines. The revision background, revision ideas and principles, overall framework, and key revisions content related to water supply and sewerage engineering sections were introduced. This revision adheres to the principles of intensification, greenness, and resilience, the load characteristics of water supply and sewerage were analyzed based on the large-sample data survey, and the load prediction indicators were optimized and adjusted step by step. The intensive conservation of facility footprint and the expansion of three-dimensional space were emphasized, and the land use indicators for water supply and sewerage plants and pumping stations were optimized. The supply baseline and safety thresholds of resilience planning were strengthened and the risk prevention capability of water supply and sewerage systems has been enhanced. This revision can provide guidance for the planning and management of water supply and sewerage in Shenzhen in the next stage, and its relevant experience may serve as a reference for planning and construction work in other regions.
