- 为进一步控制供水管网的漏损问题,成都市自来水有限责任公司尝试将压力管道内窥技术用于大型输水管线探漏。首先,通过对比试验选定适用于作业环境的内窥设备,结合测流评估结果,确定将某条重要输水管线作为探测对象;其次,基于漏点音频的可视化分析与实际管道开挖情况,验证了该技术对于漏点大小评估具有较高的准确性,并统计分析了漏损水量与经济效益。整个探测实践表明,压力管道内窥技术满足大型输水管线的探漏需求,但探测设备还需进一步优化和完善。
- Abstract:
- To further control the leakage problem of water supply pipeline networks, after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different detection technologies, Chengdu Municipal Waterworks Co., Ltd. has learned that the internal inspection technology for pressure pipelines has high implementability for leak detection of large-scale water transmission pipelines. Firstly, through comparative experiments, the internal inspection equipment suitable for the working environment was selected. Combined with the flow measurement and evaluation results, a certain important water transmission pipeline was determined as the detection object. Then, based on the visual analysis of the sound signal at leakage points and the excavation situation, the high accuracy of this technology in evaluating the size of leakage points was verified, and the leaked water volume and economic benefits were statistically analyzed. The detection results show that the internal inspection technology for pressure pipelines meets the leak detection requirements of large?scale water transmission pipelines, but the detection equipment still needs to be further optimized and improved.
