- 环境工程原理是环境工程专业的主干核心课程,在专业教育中具有重要地位。以卓越水处理工程师培养为目标,以工程认证的成果导向教育(OBE)为指引,分析了苏州科技大学环境工程专业环境工程原理课程的教学创新设计与实践。通过构建“四层次三目标”的知识体系,采用翻转课堂和BOPPPS模式等线上线下混合教学方式,整合教学资源,开展多元评价,实施持续改进;解析如何在工程原理类课程内融合思政元素,挖掘低碳污水处理资源化理念与环境污染控制技术的结合点,落实立德树人根本任务;培养具有“双碳”工程设计意识、综合素养高的卓越水处理工程师,可为我国地方院校环境工程专业工程原理课程的教学改进提供参考。
- Abstract:
- Principle of Environmental Engineering is one of the core courses of the environmental engineering major, which has an important position in the education of environmental engineering major. Guided by the outcomes-based education (OBE) concept of engineering certification aimed at cultivating excellent water treatment engineers, this course at Suzhou University of Science and Technology was exampled to introduce the teaching innovation design. A“four-level and three-objective”knowledge framework was constructed. The mixed teaching mode combined online and offline with flipped classroom and the BOPPPS model was adopted in the course, and the teaching resources were integrated and multiple evaluations were adopted to continuously improve teaching. Meanwhile, the study explores how to integrate ideological and political education elements into the course. Connections were established between water pollution control technologies and low-carbon strategies to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. All these measures are aimed to cultivate excellent water treatment engineers with engineering design awareness of “double carbon”, strong engineering ability and high comprehensive quality. Overall, the teaching innovation design of present study could provide a reference for the continuous improvement of engineering principle courses for environmental engineering major in the local universities in China.
