- 滞涝池是我国海绵城市排水防涝体系的关键设施,应用前景广阔,但对其实际运行工况及效能的研究尚显不足。本文在明确滞涝池设计工况的基础上,基于有限差分法提出了一种简易的“调蓄-出流”过程演算方法(SO法),适用于滞涝池规模校核及峰值流量控制效果评估。综合运用SO法与暴雨洪水管理模型(SWMM),结合北京市2025年汛期8场降雨实测数据,对滞涝池的实际运行特性及径流控制效果进行分析。结果表明,两种方法均能较好地复现设计工况,实测效果达到设计目标要求;据此提出的水力设计优化建议,可为完善滞涝池设计方法提供参考。
- Abstract:
- The detention basin has been demonstrated as a promising infrastructure solution in sponge city construction for urban flood control. However, research on their actual operating conditions and performance remains limited. The design conditions of a detention basin are further specified. Based on finite difference method, a simplified storage-outflow numerical calculation method (SO routing function) is proposed, which can be used to verify basin size and evaluate its effectiveness in peak flow control. By integrating the SO routing function with SWMM simulation, and utilizing measured data from eight rainfall events during Beijing’s 2025 flood season, the actual operational conditions and runoff control performance of the detention basin were analyzed. The result demonstrated that the design condition were successfully reproduced and the design objectives were achieved. Recommendations for hydraulic design optimization can be proposed to provide a reference for refining the detention basin design method.
