- “好房子”建设是提升幸福城市品质、构建和谐人居生态的重要途径之一。海绵城市精准呼应其对韧性安全、生态宜居和低碳可持续的需求,为“好房子”注入了内在生命力。在建设项目设计阶段,由于相关专业统筹协作力度不足、传统专业对海绵城市重视程度不够及各专业技术指标衔接不畅等因素,产生了海绵城市落地效果不佳、功能与美观失衡、群众认可度较低等问题。以房建类项目为例,从专业认识、专业协同、细部衔接3方面出发,分析探讨了“好房子”理念下海绵城市多专业协同设计的流程及要点,可为类似项目提供参考。
- Abstract:
- The construction of “Good Houses” is an important approach to enhancing the quality and fostering a harmonious living ecology of a city. Sponge city accurately echoes its demand for resilience, safety, ecological livability, and low-carbon sustainability, thereby enriching the inherent vitality of“Good Houses”. However, during the design phase of construction projects, challenges such as limited interdisciplinary coordination, insufficient attention to sponge city principles, and the poor connection of technical indicators often result in ineffective implementation, imbalance between functionality and aesthetics, and low public acceptance. Taking housing construction projects as an example, this study analyzes and discusses the processes and key considerations for multi-disciplinary collaborative design of sponge city based on “Good Houses” concept, focusing on three aspects: professional understanding, disciplinary collaboration, and detailed integration, which can provide reference for similar projects.
