- 在当前我国城市污水碳氮比低、排放标准日趋严格的背景下,面对减污降碳双重压力,传统A2O等工艺存在一定局限,后置内源反硝化AOA工艺有望破解该难题。利用一套撬装式中试系统,在全国多地进行了不同场景下AOA工艺处理实际城市污水的效果验证。结果表明,AOA工艺优先将进水碳源用于脱氮,碳源较足时,可实现同步深度脱氮除磷;碳源偏少时,脱氮率可提高约10%~20%,且除磷效果不低于各污水厂现状工艺。温度对污泥培养时间影响明显且两者呈线性负相关,好氧区合理的硝化负荷及气水比设计是保证硝化效果的关键,足够的缺氧池容可有效弥补AOA工艺内源反硝化速率较低的固有短板,是脱氮率与进水BOD5/TN呈线性正相关的关键因素。进水碳源浓度偏低时,AOA除磷效率未明显提升,但更具经济性。建议在AOA生化池末端设复氧区,并配套智能曝气控制系统,以实现运行能耗与综合处理效率的平衡。
- Abstract:
- Under the background of low carbon-nitrogen ratio and increasingly strict discharge standards of municipal wastewater treatment plant in China, facing the dual pressures of pollution and carbon reduction, traditional processes such as A2O have certain limitations, whereas the post- endogenous denitrification AOA process is expected to overcome this challenge. In this study, a skid-mounted pilot system was used to verify the effect of AOA process on the treatment of actual municipal wastewater under different scenarios in many parts of the country. The results showed that the influent carbon source was preferentially used for nitrogen removal in the AOA process. When the carbon source was sufficient, the simultaneous deep nitrogen and phosphorus removal could be achieved. When the carbon source was low, the nitrogen removal rate could be increased by about 10%-20%, and the phosphorus removal effect was not lower than the current process of each wastewater treatment plant. The temperature had a significant effect on the sludge culture time and showed a linear negative correlation. The reasonable nitrification load and gas-water ratio design in the aerobic zone were the key to ensure the nitrification effect. Sufficient anoxic tank capacity could effectively compensate for the inherent shortcomings of low endogenous denitrification rate in AOA process, which was the key factor for the linear positive correlation between nitrogen removal rate and influent BOD5/TN. When the influent carbon source concentration was low, the phosphorus removal efficiency of AOA was not significantly improved, but it was more economical. It was recommended to set up a reoxygenation zone at the end of the AOA biochemical tank and an intelligent aeration control system to achieve a balance between operating energy consumption and comprehensive treatment efficiency.
