- 管片内衬法作为一种施工便捷的管道非开挖修复方法,存在管片材料强度与刚度不足等缺点。为此,研究了一种适用于管道修复的新型聚合物混凝土材料。该材料具备聚合物混凝土的固有优势,与钢筋混凝土管道的基体材料兼容性较好,且可通过调节树脂含量获得较高的强度。通过修复前后管道的三边承载试验数值模拟,探讨了该材料对修复管整体结构性能的影响。结果表明,树脂含量为20%的常规聚合物混凝土材料具有良好的修复效果,在早期介入修复时,能够显著提升修复结构的承载能力。
- Abstract:
- Segmental lining is a convenient trenchless pipe repair technique, however, it suffers from the drawback of low strength and stiffness of the segment material. To address this issue, a novel polymer concrete material suitable for pipe repair was developed. This material not only retains the advantages of polymer concrete, but also exhibits good compatibility with reinforced concrete pipes. High strength can be achieved by adjusting the resin content. The influence of this material on the structural performance of the repaired pipe was investigated through numerical simulations of the three-edge bearing test on pipes before and after repair. The results demonstrate that the conventional polymer concrete with 20% resin content achieves satisfactory repair performance, and the bearing capacity of the repaired structure can be significantly enhanced when the repair is applied at an early stage.
