- 从用户侧(社会公众)和供给侧(网格员)两个维度,探究分析了杭州江北主城区供水服务网格化管理运行现状及存在的问题。结果表明,现有供水服务网格化管理模式取得了一定的效益,显著提升了供水系统效率、精准性和用户满意度。但是,该模式亟须解决服务标准待建立、人员配置需规范以及集成化数智平台待建设等问题,同时在后续网格化管理优化提升策略过程中,还需重点做好网格神经元构建和网格客户端打造工作。
- Abstract:
- This paper explores and analyzes the current status and existing problems of grid management for water supply services from two dimensions: the user side (the public) and the supply side (grid personnel). The results show that the existing grid management mode of water supply services has achieved certain effects, and significantly improved the efficiency, accuracy and user satisfaction of the water supply system. However, some problems remain to be solved, such as service standards to be improved, staffing to be standardized, and an integrated digital intelligence platform to be built. At the same time, in the subsequent optimization and promotion of grid management strategies, attention should also be paid to the construction of grid neurons and grid clients.
