- 针对国内供水工程中消毒接触池设计普遍依赖经验参数、难以在满足严格消毒标准的同时兼顾水力性能可控性与检修工况运行安全的问题,以菲律宾某设计规模为22万m3/d的地表水水厂为例,在采用美国相关标准及业主企业标准(SES)的条件下,对消毒接触池的工艺布置、水力性能、运行安全及消毒效果进行研究。围绕消毒接触时间确定、池体分格形式、内部挡板及溢流系统布置等问题,结合规范要求与工程条件,提出了4格独立运行的消毒接触池设计方案。通过水力计算与计算流体力学(CFD)数值模拟,对不同廊道布置条件下的流态特征进行了对比分析,并对池内配水及挡板结构进行了优化,使消毒接触池整体水力特性接近理想活塞流状态。在此基础上,依据美国《地表水处理规则》(1995年版)开展了基于CT值(消毒剂浓度和作用时间乘积)的消毒效果评估。结果表明,在滤池出水管单点加氯工况下,系统实际CT值可满足贾第鞭毛虫和肠内病毒的灭活要求,同时保证出水余氯稳定可控。该设计在满足消毒效果要求的同时,有效提高了系统在检修工况下的运行可靠性与安全性,可为采用国际标准的供水工程消毒接触池设计提供参考。

- In Chinese water supply projects, disinfection contact tank design is often based on empirical parameters, which may not adequately address the simultaneous requirements for reliable disinfection performance, verifiable hydraulic behavior, and operational safety under maintenance conditions. Taking a surface water treatment plant in the Philippines with a design capacity of 22×104 m3/d as an engineering case, this study systematically investigates the process layout, hydraulic performance, operational safety, and disinfection effectiveness of a disinfection contact tank under the requirements of relevant US standards and the employer’s standard engineering specifications (SES). Focusing on key issues such as determination of disinfection contact time, tank compartmentalization, internal baffle arrangement, and overflow system design, a four-compartment disinfection contact tank scheme allowing independent operation of each compartment is proposed in accordance with standard requirements and engineering conditions. Hydraulic calculations and CFD numerical simulations were conducted to comparatively analyze flow characteristics under different channel layout configurations, and the internal flow distribution and baffle structures were optimized, enabling the overall hydraulic behavior of the disinfection contact tank to approach that of an ideal plug-flow reactor. On this basis, a CT-based disinfection performance evaluation was carried out in accordance with the US Surface Water Treatment Rule (1995 version).The results indicate that, under the single-point chlorination condition at the filter effluent pipeline, the actual CT value of the system satisfies the inactivation requirements for Giardia lamblia and viruses, while ensuring stable and controllable residual chlorine in the treated water. The proposed design meets disinfection performance requirements and significantly enhances operational reliability and safety under maintenance conditions, and may provide a useful reference for the design of disinfection contact tank in water supply projects adopting international standards.
