- 为兼顾周边区域严格的景观要求及资源回用需求,浙江省某高标准乡镇污水处理厂选用食物链反应器(FCR)与浸没式超滤组合工艺,构建了“生态净化+深度处理”的污水处理系统。污水处理厂一期建设规模3 000 m3/d,于2024年初通水运行。实际运行结果表明,出水水质优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,COD、BOD5、氨氮(NH3-N)、总氮(TN)及总磷(TP)的平均去除率分别为93.75%、94.11%、99.38%、64.55%和97.18%。工程总投资4 150万元,其中工程直接费3 400万元。满负荷运行条件下,污水处理直接费用为1.96元/m3。
- Abstract:
- To address the stringent landscape and resource reuse requirements of the surrounding area, a combined process of the food chain reactor (FCR) and submerged ultrafiltration was selected for a high standard township sewage treatment plant in Zhejiang Province. The first-phase facility, with a designed capacity of 3 000 m3/d, was commissioned and became operational in early 2024. Actual operational results showed that the effluent quality consistently met the first level A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). The average removal rates of COD, BOD5, NH3-N, TN and TP were 93.75%, 94.11%, 99.38%, 64.55% and 97.18%, respectively. The total project investment was 41.5 million CNY,of which the direct construction cost was 34.0 million CNY. Under full-load operation, the direct sewage treatment cost was 1.96 CNY/m3.
