- 为达到江苏省《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(DB32/4440—2022)中出水水质B标准,采用原位不停产改造方案,将一体化活性污泥法Unitank池改造为A2O+MBR池,完成了原水池底板加固、壁板后开密集较大洞口、新增渠道及现状渠道加高改造加固等结构设计。结果表明,新增隔墙布置于桩顶、底板局部加厚、壁板后开密集较大洞口采用型钢补强、新增渠道采用立柱支撑、接高渠道采用钢结构等池内加固改造方案可行。改造完成后,出水水质稳定达标,可为同类污水处理厂的原位不停产改造加固结构设计提供参考。
- Abstract:
- To meet the class B limit specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (DB32/4440-2022) in Jiangsu Province, an in-situ non-disruptive retrofitting scheme was adopted by converting the existing Unitank reactor into A2O+MBR tank. The project encompassed structural strengthening of the original tank base slab, post-installation of dense clusters of large openings on the wall panels, construction of new channels, as well as heightening retrofitting and reinforcement of existing channels. The results indicate that the in-tank strengthening and retrofitting scheme-characterized by arranging new partition walls on pile tops, local thickening of the base slab, steel section reinforcement for the dense post-installed large wall openings, column-supported new channels, and steel structures for elevated channel extensions-is technically feasible. Following completion of the retrofitting, the effluent quality has remained consistently compliant with the standard, providing a valuable reference for the in-situ non-disruptive retrofitting and structural strengthening design of similar wastewater treatment plants.
