- 传统推理法在泵站设计中未系统考虑流域降雨和地面渗透能力的时空分布不均匀性以及管网汇流过程等影响因素,导致泵站建设规模的确定不够科学合理。为此,以南京市铁窗棂泵站改扩建工程为例,介绍了雨水泵站规模确定、水泵配置优化及流态分析的设计方法。在传统推理法计算的基础上,采用PC版暴雨管理模型(PC-SWMM)构建流域水力模型,对推理法计算结果进行论证,合理确定泵站设计规模;水泵配置采用大小泵组合方式,2台小泵布置于南北两侧、4台大泵布置于中间;同时,对水泵运行过程中实际水流状态进行数值模拟。不同设计规模工况下的模拟结果显示,通过推理法计算得到的泵站设计规模(27.0 m3/s)合理且经济;采用优化后的水泵配置及整流措施,既能保证流域排水安全与提升水环境质量,又能确保泵站高效、稳定运行。
- Abstract:
- The traditional rational method fails to systematically consider the impacts of spatiotemporal heterogeneity of watershed rainfall and ground infiltration capacity, as well as the pipe network conveyance process, resulting in an unscientific and unreasonable determination of the pump station construction scale. Taking the reconstruction and expansion project of Tiechuangling pump station in Nanjing as an example, this paper introduces the design methods for determining the design scale, pump configuration optimization and flow pattern analysis of the rainwater pump station. Based on the calculation results of the traditional rational method, the PC-SWMM software was adopted to construct a watershed hydraulic model, which was used to validate the rational method results and to reasonably determine the design scale of the pump station. For pump configuration optimization, a combination of large and small pumps was adopted, with two small pumps arranged on the north and south sides, and four large pumps in the middle. In addition, numerical simulation was conducted on the actual flow conditions during pump operation. The simulation results under different design scale conditions indicate that the pump station design scale (27.0 m3/s) calculated by the rational method is both reasonable and economical. Furthermore, with the optimized pump configuration and flow rectification measures, the drainage safety of the watershed can be ensured, the water environment quality can be improved, and the efficient and stable operation of the pump station can be guaranteed.
