- 磁县污水处理厂原建设规模3.0万m3/d,采用“三沟式氧化沟+DN/CN曝气生物滤池(BAF)+紫外线消毒”工艺,出水执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。为响应滏阳河水质达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅲ类标准的要求,磁县污水处理厂实施了提标改造及扩容工程。项目设计规模提升至4.0万m3/d,出水水质执行地表水准Ⅳ类标准。为应对出水水质标准的提高,在满足污水处理能力提升且不新增用地的限制条件下,工程建设充分利用现有三沟式氧化沟进行挖潜改造,将主体工艺改造为“A2O+膜生物反应器(MBR)+次氯酸钠消毒”工艺。改造过程中,合理安排施工顺序,利用2座三沟式氧化沟分步实施改造,实现了不停水施工。项目建成至今,出水水质稳定达标。
- Abstract:
- The original design capacity of Cixian wastewater treatment plant was 30 000 m3/d, adopting a combined process of a three-channel oxidation ditch by a DN/CN biological aerated filter (BAF) and ultraviolet disinfection. Its effluent met the first level A limits specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). To meet class Ⅲ criteria in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002) for the Fuyang River, Cixian wastewater treatment plant implemented an upgrading and expansion project. The upgraded design capacity was 40 000 m3/d, with effluent required to meet the surface water quasi-Ⅳ criteria. To achieve the improved effluent quality, the project made full use of the existing three-channel oxidation ditches. Under the constraints of enhancing treatment capacity, utilizing the existing site without additional land occupation, the main treatment process was upgraded to an A2O + membrane bioreactor (MBR) system combined with sodium hypochlorite disinfection. During the retrofitting, the construction sequence was rationally arranged, and the two existing three-channel oxidation ditches were reconstructed in stages, ensuring uninterrupted operation throughout the construction period. Since completion, the effluent quality has consistently met the surface water quasi-Ⅳ criteria.
