- 深圳L水厂针对原水2-甲基异莰醇(2-MIB)季节性嗅味污染、常规工艺出水不达标及人力资源优化需求,采用“工艺提升+智能管控”双路径改造策略。工艺端通过增设空气源臭氧系统、改造炭砂滤池并取消滤前加氯,构建短流程深度处理工艺;管理端搭建“感知-自控-安防”智能架构,落地“少人/无人值守”模式。改造后,出厂水水质全面满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2022),对浊度、UV254、2-MIB、氨氮和CODMn的去除率较改造前分别提升19.7、30.7、32.9、26.5和15.0个百分点;运行人员精简1/2,投资成本为147.90 元/m3,低于行业平均水平。
- Abstract:
- To address seasonal 2-methylisoborneol (2-MIB) odor contamination in raw water, substandard effluent quality from conventional processes, and operational staffing optimization requirements at Shenzhen L waterworks, a dual-path retrofit strategy integrating “process improvement + intelligent management and control” was implemented. On the process side, a streamlined advanced treatment train was established by introducing an air-fed ozone generation system, retrofitting filters with biological activated carbon-sand dual media, and eliminating pre-filtration chlorination. On the management side, an intelligent sensing-automation-security (SAS) architecture was deployed to achieve a daytime minimal-staff/nighttime unmanned operational mode. Post-retrofit, the finished water quality consistently complies with Standards for Drinking Water Quality (GB 5749-2022). The removal rates for turbidity, UV254, 2-MIB, ammonia nitrogen, and CODMn improved by 19.7, 30.7, 32.9, 26.5, and 15.0 percentage points, respectively, compared to pre-retrofit performance. Operational staffing was reduced by 1/2, with a unit investment cost of 147.90 CNY/m3, which is below the industry average.
