- 为增加10万m3/d供水能力,某水厂二级泵房需进行扩容改造。为确定扩容新增水泵的参数,分析了二级泵房的实际运行情况、水泵运行存在的问题及原因。综合考虑运行工况和扩容后的管道特性,确定新增水泵的设计参数,并着重限定低扬程时的汽蚀余量值。新水泵安装运行后,外管网流量和扬程要求得到满足,且水泵不会产生汽蚀现象。新增水泵提升了二级泵房的供水能力,有效解决了现有运行难题,实际运行更平稳。
- Abstract:
- A secondary pump house needs to increase 100 000 m3/d water supply capacity. To determine the parameters of the newly added pumps, the actual operation of the secondary pump house is studied, and the problems and causes of the operation are analyzed. After the operating conditions and the pipeline characteristics after expansion are considered, the parameters are finally determined for the newly added pumps, and the net positive suction head (NPSH) value at low head is emphatically limited. After the installation and operation of the new pumps, the requirements of flow and head in the external pipe network will be met, and the pumps will not produce cavitation. The addition of new water pumps solved the existing operational difficulties. The operation was smoother than before and the water supply capacity of the secondary pump room was increased.
