- 为弥补目前水质监测方法全流程耗时长、仪器设备大型无法移动、操作复杂等不足,本研究将进样检测微米通道集成于微流控芯片,建立一种基于紫外吸收光谱法(UV)测定水中总有机碳(TOC)的方法。该方法检出限为0.020 mg/L,加标回收率为71.2%~83.4%,实际水样测定的相对标准偏差为17.8%~28.0%。通过微流控芯片技术进行水中TOC的定量分析,可实现高通量实时监测,具有便携、自动化及无废等特点,可为环境监测提供技术支撑。
- Abstract:
- To address the shortcomings of current water quality monitoring methods, such as long processing time, bulky and immobile instrumentation, and complex operational procedures, a method for determining total organic carbon (TOC) in water using ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy (UV) was developed by integrating sample injection and detection microchannels onto a microfluidic chip. The method achieved a detection limit of 0.020 mg/L, with spike recovery rates ranging from 71.2% to 83.4% and relative standard deviations of 17.8%-28.0% for actual water samples. The microfluidic chip-based technology enables quantitative analysis of TOC, facilitating high-throughput real-time monitoring. It is characterized by portability, automation, and waste-free operation, thereby providing reliable technical support for environmental monitoring.
