- 选取北方某设计规模为5×104 m3/d的大型平板膜AAO-MBR工艺污水处理厂,从工艺设计、运行效果、能耗和再生水回用潜力等方面进行分析评估。结果显示,平板膜AAO-MBR工艺设计合理,有潜力满足日益严苛的排放标准。出水月均COD、BOD5、TN、NH3-N和TP浓度分别为16.28、4.39、5.45、0.71、0.07 mg/L,去除率分别为91%、94%、79%、94%和97%,SS未检出,不仅满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准,而且优于《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)的Ⅳ类水标准(TN除外)。能耗为0.552 kW·h/m3,在同类型工艺中较低,但仍有较大优化空间。出水可安全用于农田灌溉、绿地灌溉、城市杂用、工业用水和景观环境,回用潜力较大。
- Abstract:
- A municipal wastewater treatment plant in northern China, employing a large-scale flat sheet AAO-MBR process with a design capacity of 5×104 m3/d, was selected for evaluation in terms of process design, operational performance, energy consumption, and reclaimed water reuse potential. The results indicated that the flat sheet AAO-MBR process was reasonably designed and had the potential to meet increasingly stringent discharge standards. The monthly average effluent concentrations of COD, BOD5, TN, NH3-N, and TP were 16.28 mg/L, 4.39 mg/L, 5.45 mg/L, 0.71 mg/L, and 0.07 mg/L, with corresponding removal rates of 91%, 94%, 79%, 94%, and 97%, respectively. SS was consistently below the detection limit throughout the operation. The effluent quality not only met the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002), but also exceeded the class Ⅳ standard of the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002), with the exception of TN. The energy consumption was 0.552 kW·h/m3, which is relatively low among similar processes, though there remains considerable potential for further optimization. Moreover, the effluent shows substantial reuse potential and can be safely utilized for farmland irrigation, green space watering, urban miscellaneous uses, industrial water supply, and landscape enhancement.
