- 针对目前大规模使用节水器具后,因冲水量减少而有可能造成建筑排水横管内出现固体污物沉积和堵塞问题,在阐明排水管道内固体污物的成分和形状特性的基础上,着重研究卫生器具类型、冲水量、管材粗糙度、坡度、管径和弯头等因素对固体污物输送距离的影响。研究结果表明,固体污物的形状、尺寸和密度是影响其输送距离的重要因素;坐便器排水的峰值流量越大,推动固体污物的输送距离越长;弯头曲率半径越长,在水流转弯时的能量损失越小,固体输送距离越长;在坐便器小水量排水情况下,可对横管的坡度和管径等设计参数进行优化,适当增加横管坡度或减小管径,从而增加横管内固体污物的输送速度和输送距离。
- Abstract:
- The reduction in flushing volume may cause solid deposits and blockages in the building drainage horizontal pipes for the current large?scale use of water?saving appliances. Based on expounding the composition and shape characteristics of solid waste in the drainage pipeline, the influences of sanitary appliance type, water discharge, pipe roughness, slope, pipe diameter and elbow on the transport distance of solid waste were studied, respectively. The research results showed that the shape, size and density of solid wastes are the internal factors that affect the transport distance of solid. The transport distance of the solid waste would be increase with the improvement of the peak flow rate of the toilet drainage. Additionally, increasing the curvature radius of the elbow would cause lower energy loss when the flow turns and longer solid transport distance. The parameters such as the slope and pipe diameter of the horizontal pipe can be optimized under small discharge of the toilet. Appropriate measures such as increasing the slope of the horizontal pipe or reducing the pipe diameter were taken to increase the transport speed and distance of solid waste in the horizontal pipe.
