摘要:
在中试条件下，设置不同的反冲洗强度、滤速以及进水铁和锰浓度，探究石英砂表面形成的铁锰复合氧化物含量及其对氨氮和锰的同步去除效果。结果表明，低反冲洗强度下滤柱的启动时间（12 d）比高反冲洗强度下（14 d）缩短了16.67%，但高反冲洗强度下滤料表面的氧化物含量增长速度（1.223 4 mg/g）较低反冲洗强度下要快29.61%；采用高滤速（8 m/h）可缩短滤柱启动时间、提高氨氮和锰的去除效果；另外，在较高的进水铁和锰浓度（0.5 mg/L）下，滤柱启动时间更短，滤料表面的氧化物含量增长速度更快，这可以减弱高反冲洗强度对氨氮和锰去除效果的不利影响。
Abstract:
This paper investigated the content of iron manganese composite oxide formed on the surface of quartz sand and its performance for simultaneous removal of ammonia nitrogen and manganese in a pilot-scale test by setting different backwash intensity, filtration velocity and influent iron and manganese concentrations. The start-up time of the filter column with low backwash intensity (12 d) was 16.67% shorter than that with high backwash intensity (14 d). However, the growth rate of oxide content on the surface of filter media at high backwash intensity (1.223 4 mg/g) was 29.61% faster than that at low backwash intensity. The high filtration velocity (8 m/h) shortened the start-up time of the filter column and improved the removal efficiencies of ammonia nitrogen and manganese. In addition, the filter column start-up time was shorter at higher influent iron and manganese concentrations (0.5 mg/L), and the oxide content on the surface of the filter media increased faster, which reduced the adverse effect of high backwash intensity on the removal performance of ammonia nitrogen and manganese.
