- 综合考虑污水厂扩容、管网扩建及河道生态补给,采用分散型污水处理理念,将城市污水泵站改造为河道生态补给站,就地处理就近补给河道。生态补给站设计规模为6 000 m3/d,采用集约化、地埋式设计,选用A2O+MBBR、矩形沉淀池、混凝沉淀池、转盘滤池、活性炭过滤等先进工艺,实际出水COD、BOD5、SS、氨氮、TN、TP均值分别为20.5、3.95、5.7、0.46、12.1、0.16 mg/L,各指标达到准地表Ⅳ类标准。本项目的实施为城市中心区污水处理设施建设及区域水环境综合治理提供了新思路和设计借鉴。
- Abstract:
- Considering the expansion of the wastewater treatment plant, extension of the pipeline network and ecological replenishment of the river, the concept of decentralized sewage treatment was adopted. A river ecological replenishment station (RERS) was established in the middle section of the main pipeline of the city so that its effluent could be used for river replenishing nearby. Based on the concepts of intensiveness and buried design, the process including A2O and MBBR, rectangular settling tanks, coagulation settlement tank, rotary filter and active carbon filtration was selected, with the design capacity of 6 000 m3/d. The average effluent COD, BOD5, SS, NH3-N, TN, TP were 20.5 mg/L, 3.95 mg/L, 5.7 mg/L, 0.46 mg/L, 12.1 mg/L, 0.16 mg/L, respectively, which could basically meet level Ⅳ of Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002). The implementation of this project provides a new idea and design reference for the construction of urban wastewater treatment facilities and comprehensive treatment of regional water environment.
