合肥经开区污水处理厂现有3座脱水机房,2座采用带式浓缩机,1座采用离心机,出泥含水率均为80%。根据规划要求,该污水处理厂出泥含水率需调整为60%,拟采用浓缩+调质+板框压滤工艺。对于污泥浓缩段,经充分比选,最终采用新建方案。同时结合合肥市及本工程实际情况,调质段采用PAM+PAC调质的方式。经试运行,出泥含水率能够达到设计要求。本工程可为类似大中型污水处理厂针对污泥含水率的提标改造提供一定的借鉴,同时可为减少化学药剂的投加量、增加调理方式的多元化提供一个思路和一些实际工程经验。

There were three dewatering machine rooms with 80% of sludge water content in Hefei Economic Development Zone WWTP, two of which were belt concentrator and one of which was centrifuge. According to the plan, the water content of sludge in the plant should be adjusted to 60% and the process of concentration, conditioning, plate and frame filtration was proposed. For the concentration section, after full comparison and selection, the new scheme was finally adopted. At the same time, in combination with the actual situation of Hefei and the project, PAM & PAC were adopted in the tempering section. After trial operation, the water content of sludge met the design requirements. This project can provide reference for similar large and medium-sized wastewater treatment plant to improve the water content of sludge, and provides thought and engineering experiences for reducing the dosage of chemical agents and increasing the diversification of conditioning methods.
