- 合流制溢流(CSO)控制子系统之间的衔接关系是科学合理制定CSO控制策略、长期规划和实施方案必须解决好的基础性、系统性问题。结合各城市CSO控制中存在的一些突出问题和误区,详细剖析CSO控制各子系统之间的衔接及制约关系,以及这些基本关系受现实条件的影响。进而提出通过系统优化配置实现CSO控制目标的基本思路和原则,并对未来国内城市制定CSO控制策略的一些重点工作提出建议。
- Abstract:
- To scientifically and rationally formulate Combined Sewer Overflow(CSO) pollution control strategy, long-term plan and implementation program,conjunctive relationship among CSO control subsystems is a fundamental and systematic problem that must be solved. Based on some outstanding issues and misunderstandings in urban CSO pollution control, this paper focuses on the analysis of the connection and restriction among CSO pollution control subsystems, and how these basic relationships are affected by actual conditions. Furthermore, the paper puts forward the basic principles of system optimization to effectively achieve CSO control goals, and presents suggestions on the important parts of CSO control strategies formulation of domestic cities in the future.
