- 以南水北调35号分水口濮阳市供水配套工程穿越大广高速和濮鹤高速为例,介绍有限元方法在管棚-箱涵法中的应用。通过采用FLAC3D对箱涵顶进计算数值分析,模拟施工过程箱涵、管棚的受力情况以及顶进过程高速公路路面的沉降变形情况,确定合理的施工组织设计,在粉细砂地质条件下,使用水平旋喷桩进行加固,解决高速公路路面稳定的安全问题,为工程按期通水提供技术保障。
- Abstract:
- Application of finite element method in pipe shed-box culvert jacking method is introduced in No.35 water diversion outlet of Puyang supporting water supply projects crossing Daguang Expressway and Puhe Expressway of South-to-North Water Diversion Project. Box culvert jacking calculation was analyzed by using FLAC3D, and stress of box culvert and pipe shed in the construction process and settlement and deformation of highway pavement during the jacking process were simulated to determine a reasonable construction organization design. Under the condition of silt fine sand, a horizontal jet grouting pile was used for reinforcement, so as to solve the safety problem of highway pavement stability. The results aim to provide technical support for water supply of the project on schedule.
